Prior to coaching, I held both executive and management roles at exclusive luxury brands for nearly 30 years. At 16, I opened the first Versace franchise in the U.S., building what was then an unknown brand into the most successful Versace store worldwide and transforming Rodeo Drive into what it is today. In my 30s and 40s, I went on to lead teams at Hermés, Yves St. Laurent, Bulgari, and Gucci.
As you can see, business building and innovative thinking are part of my DNA. But what you might not see is that during those 40 years, I fled a revolution and emigrated from Iran. I was laid off twice and forced to start over. I was married, divorced, and single — sometimes all at the same time. I was debilitated by chronic back pain while a full-time, single parent to a three-year-old son and a five-year-old daughter.
My last decade’s path to creating a more successful, prosperous and purposeful life is one that I now help my clients create for themselves.
